The new DBTU2 Transmitter is fully compatible with the international DTV standard (DVB-T, ATSC, ISDB, etc....) and suitable for SFN (Single Frequency Network) and MFN (Multi frequency Network) applications.
The DBTU2 has an output power range of 2 Wrms and is fully frequency agile making it usable in the whole UHF band. The Digital Modulator has an intuitive and easy to use interface to select the frequency without any readjustment needed.
A powerful built-in linear and non-linear precorrector allows optimization of the perfomance of any digital transmitter maximizing the output power thus extending the transmitter coverage area. The Digital Precorrector settings are made by means of an easy to use and highly intuitive graphical user interface software. Very low phase noise oscillators allow optimization of the BER and MER performances.
The DBTU2 Transmitter is also available in an analog version easily field upgradable to digital into the same rack or in dual-mode configuration locally and/or remotely selectable in analog/digital operation for maximum flexibility.
Full transmitter metering, control, setting and system diagnostics are also available both from the front panel and remotely (option).
